MD...No. 4 would really bother me!!
I'd consider a settlement. It seems to me that
1. AGS own 25% now and will inevitably own 25% afterwards
2. A settlement means we get on with mining, producing cash flows and paying dividends
3. AGS can behave like any other penny dreadful company and I can ignore their incompetence.
I'm struggling to find the downside. Feel free to help me.
Of course you too would only be guessing.
Re behind closed doors ... the law will survive either of these companies and I doubt either are owed any favours by the justice system. Any dealings behind closed doors are simply a means to force a resolve without intervention. Pure and simple efficiency. Whilst I doubt it (given the seemingly endless foreplay to get where we are and so plenty of time to say no!!) bring it on I say.
