But it serves AGS better not to resolve this matter(Court allowing) until after the U price has established an uptrend.imo

I'd prefer AGS's shareprice to be dictated by a rising U price, a lot higher than it is atm.

If that is as katanaman suggested 1 or even two years away,so be it.

Start production first/2nd qtr next year and then ramp it up the following year if the U price allows.imo
