ACE's amendments to the statements of claim could have affidavitts needed imo

Lets hope two or more matters gets dealt with today, as these hearings cost.imo If its only the C.Clause dealt with today then its laughable the time wasting. only in my opinion.

and hope Mayfair or someone can attend.
