(a) Mayfair may not have made it;
(b) An outcome could be hours, days, months away ... it depends on the subject and quantum of banter I expect
(c) God help us if its AGS procrastinating ... the market is already on edge
(d) delivering the affdavit at minutes to close looks really childish in my view ... it either an exercise in stealth, an exercise in ineptitude in not bringing it together on a timely basis or it includes material only coming to light now. Hard to imagine the latter given the time lapsed so far.
(e) quietly, I think AGS has been asked to show cause why or how the cc may compromise its reporting obligations. I'm not sure if this is hope on my part but if the Justice M is saying to AGS "...is my cc order compromising your obligations to the asx re continuous disclosure ..." then that may lead to a great outcome. All speculation.
