I keep wondering about why AGS at this stage is requesting the CC to be lifted. Why now, and not 6 months/12 months/etc ago? Throughout the limited access to records/books, have they finally found something that is worth informing the SHs/market about?
They still have the application to the High Court for the appeal - is this just looking for the "final" final nail? Do they already have this game on points but are just waiting for the knockout blow?
As a SH, I would prefer to win this on knockout, rather than risking a points decision. Could lifting the CC show that we have just knocked out our opponent?
Time will tell, and hopefully today might add another chapter to this story/saga!
