"(e) quietly, I think AGS has been asked to show cause why or how the cc may compromise its reporting obligations. I'm not sure if this is hope on my part but if the Justice M is saying to AGS "...is my cc order compromising your obligations to the asx re continuous disclosure ..." then that may lead to a great outcome. All speculation."

That wont get the C.C. lifted ie reporting/disclosure to the ASX. Disclosure is secondary to the Law. It would have to be a challenge to the circumstances that allowed the C.Clause to be imposed in the first place which I assume was instigated by the BBros. Whatever it was.?
ie Using disclosure to the ASX, solely, wont get it(C.C.) lifted.imo
Again, only guessing.
