That wont get the C.C. lifted ie reporting/disclosure to the ASX. Disclosure is secondary to the Law. It would have to be a challenge to the circumstances that allowed the C.Clause to be imposed in the first place which I assume was instigated by the BBros. Whatever it was.?
ie Using disclosure to the ASX, solely, wont get it(C.C.) lifted.imo
