I don't think one single pound of uranium should be allowed to come out of Four Mile until ALL of the legals are out of the way.
I don't like the idea of H/Q getting anything out of the Four Mile area until the legals are fully addressed.
If H/Q are allowed to start mining it and taking their 75% share of every pound that comes out of the ground (plus their self generous processing fee), later on when the legals are finally resolved, how will AGS be compensated if AGS is awarded more than a 25% share?
It could drag on for years if that situation was allowed to occur.
I don't like waiting, but I feel we have no choice. Right or wrong long term strategy, I continue to average down my per share price paid.
I hope 2014 is going to be a much better year for the very long term holders.
