2 massive reasons.
I beleive the drilling results will be released by then and will surpass the markets expectations in terms of tonnage.
I also believe that if we will know by then about Mt Carbine being a successful purchase for a fair price. And if its not by Xmas...I think it will be a maximum of 1 week later.
With drilling results though...I think they will come any day now.
