I remember "expected" very well when you talk about RRS. Wasn't it expected to be worth quite a few $$ years ago?
Isn't that why people like Rupert speculated bought Options to make big bucks and obviously did not have the resources to convert them anyway, considering he needed the money for other things when he sold them and now complains about the possible extension ... and that will only be unlisted options.
