In answer to your questions, remember I am not qualified to give definative answers, however, IMO,,

1, If you dont post in your vote by the required time, you are passively abstaining.... you have not proxied your vote to anyone including Company executives.

2, I only ''feel'' that items 1 to 9 are done deals. (from manner and tone feedback)
Historically the vast majority of propositions are passed.
But remember..sure things sometimes surprise us sometimes disappoint us.
Remember, if you hold oppies and heads.if you vote for resolution 3, your vote on that particular item will be disregarded unless you explicitly state that you will not be taking place in the lifeline offer.

3, Proxied to the MD (PL)

Whether you think your input wont make a difference or otherwise, its too easy to reflect your views and put them in the post box..
If nothing else, it shows the company what sort of shareholders it has attracted..
