whay would any shareholder vote in favour of the oppie deal if the sp was say over $1? ie. oppies in the money day 1. An sp much lower than the ex price of the oppies will see less eyebrows raised (what's left to be raised anyway)

imo no major movements/announcements until after the second week of November at the earliest.
