I can understand the selling mate. If Premier Beatie announces news along the lines of the SA gov, there will be a selloff on all U miners in QLD. Money will go from these U miners to others in NT and WA where the state/territory gov has a more reasonable stance on uranium mining.
People wouldnt be worried(hence sell) if it was 100% certain that the Fed gov can override state legislation on mining..
