Would another consideration be the reduction of JP's salary. Replaced with three traches (pun intended) of bonuses each one paid if particular milestones are reached.

How much does the market pay for a full time director / secretary? How much of JP's time does PNO get. Is PNO getting value for money to start with.

Can we do this to all directors / board members.

Instead of a free ride, really just make them work for what they are doing.
