    I proposed this earlier in the piece to the pnomeeting group eralier today

    It appears we have 5% so may i suggest we go ahead immediately with the required documentation and a resolution to proposed eg appointment of independent director and or a rejection to the placement and or salary sacrifice to existing directors more in line to their mismanagement and base it on performance hurdles
