Whilst there will be varying degrees of opinions on what the resolution is, it is important that majority that have voted yes agree on its content.

Its good to see that those involved in the pnomeeting group have kept a calm head and not rocked the boat and taken a "need to keep them honest approach".

I agree on the independent board member and Salary and KPI based bonus review.

RE: Capital Raising. Whilst the capital raising is not favourable we need to look at the $$$ in the bank, real progress, and the difficulties being faced if any. We can determine what future progress can be had without raising. Is a loan a better alternative for example.
