Mitta, I dont have specific information however the article on page 22 of the weekend AFR discusses the regulatory changes that ASIC is proposing on dark pool or anonymous trading
From this article it appears that currently institutions trade in the dark if trade is over $1 million. The proposed reg change is to reduce this threshold, with the bottom limit being $200k and is 'stepped up' - journo does not elaborate on what is meant by bottom limit and stepping up.
