Only question I'd have is how much of the upgrade news is already factored into the shareprice. I guess it all comes down to how much of the recent strong rises you attribute to the U-factor and how much to the upgrade. Most I suspect are expecting an upgrade, I know I am. The x-factor for me is the sucessful signing of the offtake agreement at favourable conditions.
