Hurricane Dolly has been downgraded to a tropical storm. Winds below 60 mph and reducing. Lots of rain in South Texas and intermittent showers in Louisiana. All levees are holding.
We've already pumped out two thirds of the 1000 bbls of "load water" which we poured into East Chalkley. Maybe we should have waited for the rain and saved on the cost of purchasing 1000bbls of fresh water.
