Diligent,

I live well well close to 500 Km from Sydney, let alone the distance from Sydney to Melbourne, and I am currently having to run three farms due to unforeseen/unexpected circumstances. And to top it all off, we are starting to sow summer crops as well, and the cows are calving.
Then we have to start getting the header, field bins, and silos ready for the harvest as well. So, there is not much time available to do anything else.

I have just come in for a quick cuppa and I'll be off again soon.

Besides, I am not much of a believer to attend AGM's due to:

1) Time is always limited for me.

2) I don't believe that attending an AGM is going to solve many problems. I have tried in the past, but even when all promises were made during the AGM and the Directors got themselves re-elected, everything went back in the way they were prior to the AGM, while they will be reassured that they will be in there for possibly another couple of years.

3) If I attend I will run the risk of getting thrown out for disorderly conduct because if they were to try and dish out some Bull's Excretia, I would tell them off.

4) The only thing that you can take notice of during an AGM, is only what is discussed formerly during the meeting because IMO it has to be recorded via records/minutes of meeting. After that, when all the wink wink and nudge nudge goes on all around while having a cuppa or a drink, whatever they say is not worth anything.

Finally, whenever I cannot attend, I will vote NO for everything that is put froward to us by way of resolutions. Especially when there is always a Remuneration recommendations and some incentive packages that they always award themselves even when our sp has done nothing more than going in reverse. Yeah they always want more incentives, only to get our shares worth less and less, lol.

How can anyone agree to that lol. Yet you will find out that they will do so. I will be surprised if they don't.

Watch out for all the crapola that will be dished out on the day.
