I doubt that Sino Investment has left ADY,as under the CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 205G (4) ' The director must notify the relevant market operator within 14 days after any change in the director's interests.'

I, unfortunately did not retain the previous list of the top twenty shareholders, but my guess is that his shareholding is listed under the Nominees or Custodian accounts. One of the items which has to be voted on next Thursday is the ratification of the issue of these shares to Sino Investments,so its very unlikely these shares can been divested BEFORE that date ie the date they must actually be ratified.

Maybe it's a requirement that they be held in trust for a set period of time or they have been transferred to a Trust.
