IMO it appears that a number of the posters on here who are clearly close to the company and regularly post that they report to management have known about this institutional seller for a while.

I continued to speculate on the fact that it had to be a major holder selling but was told continually that its "see the rabbits in the headlights" and that its weak holders being shaken out.

Now that it has been revealed and" its out there" that they are the seller and have been selling it's "a good thing" that they are selling 40 million shares (which is now going from one shareholder to being spread out over many) and creates an "opportunity."

How can it be a good thing that the investor who has written the single biggest cheque to date in this company at 10 cents per share is prepared to sell here and take a loss of greater than 60% ?

An investor who the company said "is experienced at investing in the graphite sector".

IMO the bell is ringing alright, its the alarm bell ringing louder and louder..
