IMO because it's cheap maybe?? As for contractual notice periods I just went back and saw that Stephen Hunt was appointed in December, 2015. He then put $99k into the capital raising announced mid February, 2016 two months in to the job just as TM is so I don't really get the point.

@detonate said that "the investor selling is heavily exposed to SYR and that their loyalties lay with supporting them". As I said to BMF, if they aren't reducing their graphite exposures across the board then that IMO is not rebalancing, its just them selling out.

IMO holding on to TLS (a cash flow business) is a little different to a junior explorer that burns cash.
