It is simple ... it went up too quick.
I posted yesterday that GCR is stretched too far from the MA ... in fact it is WAY out of the uppe bollinger!!
Then it ROSE on open!!!
As soon as it did that it spelt the death knell! Every trader with an ounce of TA nouse would have sold immediately. Then others would have bolted locking in profits or saving capital, sending the SP down.
Really what GCR needed today was a DROP, down to around the 5 to 5.3 mark in the morning & consolidate around that level for a few days allowing the MA to catch up, befor the next move.
The early rise was catestrophic... now it should trade around here for a few days while people gather their nerves etc. It is a setback, but imo only short term.
Fundamentals are excellent .. certainly a good time to top up or get in
