Thanks to the banks' rapacious greed for fees, it is likely that most accounts in Oz will have had at least 12 transactions in the past 12 months. Virtually every other account will get interest credited once a year.
In theory then, no account should be touched.
Am I reading this right, or are bank initiated transactions exempt?
