SA is in trouble from what Ive been told from a good source is BHP haven't made any money at roxby for the last 10 years and the real estate boom is actually starting to go backwards in SA with some large interstate builders looking like pulling out . SA has a reputation Australia wide for lack of progress and its about to bite us on the backside.
