it's still good news

Today's announcement is still a positive, despite the apparent lack of market interest.

First of all, the price drop was almost inevitable after the recent surge and it's hard to blame anyone for taking a quick profit, particularly on a gloomy Friday.

Secondly, whilst the deal is now 99% done, FIRB approval can take several months to complete. Big investors would be wise to back off and accumulate slowly during the approval period.

Once approval is confirmed, the option of $75m for 2% (which equals over 5.5c per share) will become valid. Therefore, it's important for investors to remain patient & focused on WHY they are holding, rather than questioning the daily price fluctuations.

I would actually like to see NXS further reduce it's stake in Crux to about 10% (by selling 5% at a similar valuation). This would give the company a big cash injection in the short-term while still remaining involved in the lucrative long-term project.
