From the last Top 20 I posted, they ( Top 20 holders ) have increased their holding from 84.90% to 84.93% ( in 2 weeks )

Even if EVERYONE in the Top 20 was treacherous enough to accept the disgusting takeover bid from WNI, they still need another 7.25Mil shares from the remaining shareholders who have 21,848,995.. till 90% is reached.

So here we go...

Remaining at #3 is CITICORP NOMINEES PTY LIMITED who have BOUGHT 496,448 shares.

Remaining at #5 is HSBC CUSTODY NOMINEES who have BOUGHT 59,320 shares.

Remaining at #6 is JP MORGAN NOMINEES AUSTRALIA LIMITED
who have BOUGHT 143,193 shares.

Remaining at #8 FLINDERS PROPERTY INVESTMENTS PTY LTD - UNCHANGED. ( anyone know who this belongs to?? )

Remaining unchanged at #9 LONGFELLOW NOMINEES PTY LTD

MR COLIN PATERSON moves from #11 to #10 but remains UNCHANGED (of course)

LONGFELLOW NOMINEES PTY LTD moves from #13 to #11 but remains UNCHANGED.

J P MORGAN NOMINEES AUSTRALIA LIMITED were at #12 but are now GONE having moved 1,212.788 shares.

HSBC CUSTODY NOMINEES (AUSTRALIA)LIMITED-GSCO ECA are back again! Now in position #12 holding 1,131,258 shares.

MS ARLENE FAYE PATERSON remains UNCHANGED but moves from #14 to #13.

MCNEIL NOMINEES PTY LIMITED moves from #15 to #14 but SOLD 2914 shares.

ABN AMRO CLEARING SYDNEY NOMINEES PTY LTD moves up from #17 to #15 and BOUGHT 205,380 shares.

PHILLIP SECURITIES (HONG KONG) LTD remains at #16 UNCHANGED.

NATIONAL NOMINEES LIMITED drops from #10 to #17 having SOLD 776,495 shares.

FRESHWATER RESOURCES PTY LTD , MR PETER GEE and FORSYTH BARR CUSTODIANS LTD remain at #18, #19 & #20 respectively and their holdings are UNCHANGED.

So out of the 21,848,995 shares not held by the Top 20 so far, I hope there are enough of us not to subscribe to Wah Sham's pathetic offer.
