If you thought you were making a point by only voting NO on the first 4 votes,then you may see it is probably a pointless token Jesture.In the worst case Shandong present Shandong option #2.

It's the over 25% votes for a tip that WILL KILL this deal-DEAD IN ITS TRACKS,if passed,because there will then be NO board to progress Shandong offer No2,follow up on FIRB issues for Shandong in FML's name,supply official paperwork in the name of the FML board,or to support an on market takeover by Shandong,or commission new reports.

By then we will have December QTR completed and the six monthly accounts,to know where we really stand with FML finances.That will mean new independent reports based on the latest accounts and resource statements as well,commissioned by a NEW BOARD,after a vote electing it,after another meeting,etc etc etc.Say a good 6 months.
