I would interpret the volume spike as somebody/s absorbing a cap - at least somebody/s have jumped in.
Price went up on low volume the next day because your capper has gone.
But the buying is done. Smart money have not participated in the subsequent rise and so its had to come back.
I suspect things will get a lot more volatile from now on in.
I wouldn't be buying it just yet from the TA. I'd be putting my order in at the retest of previous resistance.
