    In http://www.pifclaims.com.au/# , just posted, in ‘Further Amended Statement of Claim’ Page 51,
    has ‘MFS Maximum Yield Fund’ inclusion.
    Whole document is some 100 pages and appears to be a top job by our Solicitors.

    Now; for some stiff backbone on the court floor.
