it's time for a very big shake up at nido

in my opinion it's time (over due) that Nido have a massive review from top to bottom of the ladder.

first...Managing Director & Deputy M.D

it's time for Jocot & Joanne to step aside.

appoint a new M.D and allow him/her to appoint their second in command.

don't get me wrong i have nothing against Jocot or Joanne, they have done a good job.

Nido's moving into a new phase of busines and need a hard nosed (pit bull) whom can rock n roll with the best.

whilst we are at it, a few board members have out stayed there welcome.

we need guys like the people recruited for the "S.A.S".

when the going gets tough they stand up and be counted.

Nido's got one of the highest admin fee's for it's size, i'm sure they have a few people whom are just pen pushers. this area needs to be addressed as well.

with Nido we've seen in the past where an overhaul was undertaken for example Whitby booted out Morgan and his crew.

now it's time for more changes before it's too late.
