With 2021 well underway it's time for management to provide shareholders with a comprehensive report on their strategy for moving the company forward "this year"
As a long term shareholder I'm very concerned at the lack of instructive communication from the BOD that enables investors to properly understand and evaluate what's going on. Yes there has been a lot of PR stuff released over the years but, nothing that goes close to being regarded as useful.
It's time for a seismic shift in the performance of the board in all areas of their responsibilities. As a shareholder in another company I witnessed a successful move against the board brought about by shareholders who were sick and tired of the poor management and underperformance of the company and decided to move for the dismissal of board members. I'm not advocating for a move against the board yet but, I'm not prepared to just sit around and see my investment fail.
I welcome any feedback on this subject.
