Agreed. This is beyond poor management. It’s unacceptable that the BoD can hide behind the thin veil of “we are in confidential negotiations and therefore cannot divulge” What they can do to give LT shareholders a little comfort is at least answer emails or phone calls and relay to the holders that the company is moving forward. The BoD might talk a good game about off take but the fact as of now there is NO OFFTAKE and as the days go on my faith is erroding. I think post the SKI fiasco, the board needed to go. They didn’t get the company over the line and here we are 1 year later in the same boat while the BoD are still collecting their salary. Any other company, the BoD would have been canned. Why should AUZ be any different?? FIRE them all and let’s move on.
