Further to my post on this subject, I wanted to inform shareholders of my latest attempt via phone and email to contact the management of AUZ and get a response to my recent email regarding the status of their negotiations with prospective OFFTAKE PARTNERS.
Absolutly Nothing!
In view of the upswing in the EV metals market and the opportunites that are out there, it is unbelievable that the BOD cannot put a deal together. Due to the lack of any credible information being released by the company that could alay sharehoders concerns, one can only conclude that the BOD has lost the plot completely and needs to be replaced.
The BOD are required under the Companies ACT 2006 to:
1. To exercise reasonable care, skill and diligence
2. Promote the success of the company.
These obligations are but two of seven set out in the Act wherby the BOD in my opinion has failed its shareholders.
What to do in light of this appaling situation?
