The board have indicated that they will call an EGM to vote on the options. I would expect at the same time we will be asked about removing JH as a board member.
Hopefully the shareholder-called EGM will be run at the same time.
If both of these happen then you will get your wish - shareholders will have a vote where all board members are up for re-election (or for dismisssal, depending on your POV).
