Thanks for yours and fazz's kind words.

As you probably know from past discussions, I can type but other than that, I'm pretty much computer illiterate. Therefore, if you feel my post has enough merit to be worthy of sending to management, you have my blessing to send it off to them.

I got 95% of the way through writing it last night and lost it. With a good nights sleep and a few choice swear words prior to nodding off, I gave it another crack this morning. So, to be perfectly honest, if I had to type it AGAIN, I'd probably blow a gasket! :)
