It's really business as usual shady. Not really strategy. If it was serious we would see chomps and we aren't. Not necessarily big chimps but chomps 40k, 50k odd 100k.
Could be someone wants to drive it down but if it was a serious player they'd get that done too without much trouble.
There is nothing to read other than all set. The odd frustrated seller will fall and sometimes in a big chunk too.
My guess is people think some news is coming very soon but again my guess is the bod will drag this one right out. All IMHO.
