find8, I admire your persistence. You deserve to do well somehow during this gold bull market, if not in CTO.
If CTO pulls off anything like the numbers you have quoted, then - imo - they will have pulled off the greatest Houdini act I have ever seen in this sector. Nothing else Ive invested in comes close to the mismanagement of expectations seen with this stock.
