It's strange that they would come out with the announcement of the Brazil rig being under contract first when they are going to start drilling the Browse before Brazil. (October time frame is what they mentioned previously.)
It's almost certain that they have the rig lined up for the Browse and under contract already yet no announcement on that. These folks do some strange things sometime.
