From my recollection many preresults spikes both for POE and CVN have been false.
Looking at the small volume POE was moving on, a series of small trades comprising 2800 shares drove the last 29 cents there are all sorts of plausible explanations, from market manipulation to a taxi driver giving tips.
Better to buy and sell on tangible news imo.
