Companies follow the law but if we have nitwits in parliament who pass laws which have loopholes in them, then ts not the corporate sector at fault but the voters fault for supporting ignorant or not full educated politicians. The ATO cant do what union members turned politicians once did by blackmailing or standing over employers to hand over the money. ATO follows the law too.
