A lot of us have complained to ASIC and more than once. Unfortunately mate, I cannot clue anyone in on what they are doing or whether in fact they are doing anything indeed; simply because Ive been told nothing. According to my understanding ASIC, is not obligated to provide information on its activities to begrieved parties.

Call me a twit, but I hope that ASICs focus extends to protecting the interests of the shareholders of smaller public companies as well as the interests of the shareholders of the major coroprations. If this is not so; it will be a rude awakening up for the investors in smaller Australian public companies.
