I would be interested in participating in a class action in redeeming losses incurred in the past year should sufficient evidence be proved that this was a premeditated act. This could possibly go as far back as the selling of the lithium?
It certainly smells that this company was being used to pillage shareholders, however proving that may be a little more difficult.
