What will happen next? IMHO, The "happy gang" will sell off Vallenar Iron through the British Virgin Islands and make off like bandits. When this happens there is nothing Australian regulators can do. Like what happened to Adys assets in Argentina will happen with Adys assets in Chile. I think that this was the plan all along.
