Personal greed and gain are the driving forces behind Prior. Priors actions of not disclosing the Hebei Wenfeng Iron & Steel Groups proposal to Adys shareholders which undoubtedly is superior to the agreement Ady?s directors signed with Icarus-Corsair and then telling Ady?s shareholders at the EGM that Ady did receive another proposal which Ady?s board rejected on the unfounded basis that the offering party did not have the capability to honor or complete the deal are less than honorable acts. There is no justifiable excuse for this type of behavior which any fool can plainly see is contrary to the best interests of Ady and Ady?s shareholders. Prior has shown Adys shareholders once again that he remains committed to the philosophy of ?why let the truth stand in the way of a good lie?.

How long is this type of behavior going to continue? For as long as we shareholders tolerate it!!
