I am shocked, dismayed and down right livid with what ADYS board his done relative to the proposal received fro Hebei Wenfeng Iron & Steel Co. On what basis does Prior think that he has the right to withhold vital information from the shareholders and on top of this misinform the shareholders at the EGM that the owner of the proposal in the opinion of the board does not have the ability to make good on its proposal? Hey there Prior, your judgment is just as flawed as your actions; it was Hebei Wenfeng Iron & Steel Co. that made the proposal not Jims Sandwich Emporium!!

I have no intention of voting in favor of both Priors or Perrys re-election to Adys board at the AGM and I would be exceedingly happy to have the opportunity to extend the same to Harper if he were up for re-election. In light of Priors actions with the proposal from Hebei Wenfeng Iron & Steel Co.; it would be most interesting to know what other proposals were received and from whom? In his fantastic deal with Icarus and Corsair; Prior has made the development of the mineral properties that were not sold off directly dependent on the development of the mineral properties that now belong to Icarus and Corsair. It would also be most interesting to know if under the agreement that ADY signed with Icarus and Corsair; whether Prior gave Icarus and Corsair first right of refusal over the mineral properties that still belong to ADY. If so; this may be one of the reasons that the board will not let the shareholders see the full agreement.
