Hey mad and Love, maybe that plant was a project too far for PSC - they did not have the financial, political and corruption clout that a Chinese state company could muster to bring that to fruition.
Maybe all is not lost - the Step Aside reserve is just 6km from this new plant, so maybe they can make a throughput/production deal with them?
