It didnt really, mate. Not if you read her speech. Only seemed racist when you read the interpretations of her speech by those with vested interests or in our poopy media.Her words were twisted by those with their own agendas. But she was right, eh? About then, anyone and every organisation (League of Rights ?)that questioned the wisdom of our immigration policies or suggested upholding Christian values became racist or anti-Semitic respectively. From that time we had to stand taller and taller on tippy toes to keep the poop below nostril level. I have nothing against immigration, we need it.....but what we need are immigrants who accept our way of life & our values, and in fact add to them, not those who wish to change our ways. And those who create a problem by demanding special treatment and privileges should be made to leave. I think Pauline would be a bit disillusioned after what happened, but I'd vote for her any day.
