Actually both major parties encourage massive immigration and The Greens are one of the few parties calling for a reduction in migration levels. Australia is the driest continent and we should reduce immigration for economic, social and environmental reasons. Not because of paranoia about a few Muslim extremists. I work with quite a few Muslims and they are just focussed on family, mortgages etc just like everyone else. No one accuses all white people of being murderers due to Martin Bryant or Anders Breivek and stereotyping Muslims is just as ignorant.
And most us have relatives who played a part is the dispossession and genocide of indigenous Australians. The British did not adopt indigenous culture. They destroyed it.
